Registration and Awards
Bayfield Community Centre and Arena located at 5 Jane St.
Race numbers can be picked up the day of the race at the Community Centre starting at 7:30 am.
You can also register on race day

Age Categories
5k Run: Male/Female : under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
2k Fun Run: Male/Female – 9 and under, 10 & 11, 12 & 13, 14 and up
Kiddy Trot: For children age 2-8
Facilities
Washrooms and showers are available at the Bayfield Community Centre/Arena, porta-potties in the Square
Refreshments
A water station will be available along the race route.
Light refreshments will be provided for runners after the race in Clan Gregor Square in front of the Doctors’ Inn
Cash Prizes
Top 3 male and female finishers in the 5k run – 1st- $75, 2nd – $50, 3rd – $25
Other Prizes
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the age categories for the 2k and Brooks merchandise will be awarded for the age category winners in the 5k. All children in the kiddy trot will receive a medal. Door prizes will also be drawn from race numbers.
Fees
Early Registration:
5k – $30 adults, $15 students (under 19)
2k – $20 adults, $10 students (under 19)
Race Day:
5k – $35 adults, $20 students (under 19)
2k – $25 adults, $15 students (under 19)
Kiddy trot: $5 day of the race
ALL CHEQUES to be made payable to HURON WOMEN’S SHELTER.
(Sorry No Refunds once payment is made)
The first 250 entries receive a technical running T-shirt, size subject to availability. Additional donations to the Women’s shelter are eligible for a charitable receipt (minimum $10 donation) Entry Fee is Waived/refunded if $100. in pledges is submitted on race day.
By participating in the run, you consent to your photo being taken for promotional purposes.
